Steel Impressions???

Has anyone used Steel Impressions? I emailed a week ago and they told me to call. I called and they have not returned my call. I wanted to have a Steel Drum band for the cocktail hour, does anyone have one they used and are reliable?
I cant imagine in this economy that someone turns away business.
