I had to choose between them or Dalsimer for my hall. Since those were the only two, I decided that I wanted to see the sample centerpiece first, before I booked them.

I went to Stefan's first and the flowers were just ok. It didn't really seem like the guy that I was dealing with really wanted to impress us with his work. We then went to Dalsimer and we all fell in love. Also, both mothers were with us and didn't really like a low centerpiece and would have rather have a high centerpiece, which is not what FH and i want, but when they saw the centerpiece at Dalsimer's they fell in love with it. I wish I had the pic to post.

I think they are overpriced for what they are offering, to be honest. FM me with any other questions you might have!

I had a choice between them and Spitz and Peck - I liked Stefan's MUCH more -

BUT do NOOOOOT deal with Chris - he is a sweetie - but he can't focus on what he is talking about


Everyone else there is so nice and helpful and they are very talented.

I used to work at a florist - so I know what flowers run...stefans is not cheap - but they use high quality flowers and they don't skimp on things.

I can post my pics after the wedding if you want to see their work.

We met with them, but decided to use another florist for a few reasons:

1. Price - they wanted to charge much more for the same thing; plus, they were going to 'loan' the (plastic) revere bowls for low cps (this was buried in the contract they sent me - I think it was meant to trap brides who assume that guests can take home CPs, and then they hit you with the charge later).

2. Number of weddings - when I asked, they said that they did 15-20/day. I was concerned about getting lost in the shuffle.

3. Reputation - While I have one friend who used and really liked them, I have also heard some pretty unpleasant things about them on the boards and from some wedding professionals.

Weirdly, they sent me a silk flower arrangement after we met with them, I suppose as an inducement to hire them. Didn't work!
