Stefans vs Spitz and Peck: Royalton Brides - Please Read RE: Florist

So I have a dilemma

I'm getting married at The Royalton and I was wondering which florist other Royalton brides have chosen and why.

I met with Stefans a few weeks ago, and while I loved the appointment and everything they described my day would look like, when they sent me the contract, there were multiple errors in it. I replied with the necessary changes and they continued to send me a contract with errors - we went 3 rounds with errors until I said forget it, we can iron it out when I come in to see the samples.

This just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. If they can't get a contract right, are they going to be organized enough on the day of my wedding?

The thing is - one of my closest friends used them - 7 years ago, and she had an amazing experience! Maybe my experience is just a fluke?

Long story short - which florist are you using and why?? Who gave better prices?

I've learned in this experience- GO WITH YOU GUT! I had a bad experience with a Venue and a DJ. Mainly just appointment issues, and poor communication BUT if you have a bad gut feeling DONT use them! There are plenty of amazing florists out there.

Thanks! Issue is I can only chose between 2 florists with my venue. it's either Stefans or Spitz and Peck. I don't know anyone who's used Spitz & Peck..

Not to be debbie downer but neither florists has really great reviews on wedding wire unfortunately. It stinks that you're limited to only two choices but I would suggest meeting with Spitz and Peck before you make a decision if you haven't already met yet.

ITA! I don't want to bring any negativity, but Spitz an Peck were on our preferred vendors list. The reviews weren't too go, so I decided to not even meet with them. If you HAVE to choose between those two, meet S&P before making a final decision.

Thanks girls! I'm going to meet with the and ill keep everyone posted. The owner of the Royalton told me if I have a problem with either of them to give him a call. I might just do that to let him know he's sends his brides to a vendor who can't get a simple contract right...

A friend of mine got married at the Royalton last July,... I dont know which of the 2 florsts she used but her flowers were dead before the reception started. I would TOTALLY call the owner @ the Royalton and make her aware of all the negativity around her 'preferred vendors'

This is literally giving me an anxiety attack! Can you PLEASE find out which florist she used? I already told the owner of the Royalton... He claims both do a great job. UCK!
