I registered for these also... My question is I registered for goblets, wine glass and water glass?
Do I still need the goblets and why?
I did wine and goblets. I figured white wine for the wine glasses and red for the all purpose goblet but now i might be rethinking and changing it to water

You dont have to I figured that when I set a table it will be a water and wine glass.

we just did white wine glass & the goblet- but I might go back & change it to white wine & water- we'll probably get more use out of a water glass & I dont need all three

Ummm... way too many! We picked out handblown wine glasses (a tall white, and a shorter red) from Crate & Barrel, plus another shape (they are lower). We also registered for the white wine and water goblet that match our china. the wine/red wine glasses looked near-identical so we figured we didnt need both. we also dont drink champagne and dont plan on serving any with dinner.
we picked out a set of 4 lenox crystal champage glasses that we will add to our registry if the stuff we want more gets purchased first
the C&B glasses were much cheaper ($5-10 a stem) as opposed to the Lenox Venetian lace ones ($25-30/stem) and we use them regularly. The Lenox would be only for special occasions when we use our china.
also registered for some other pieces, but nothing expensive (< $5 a stem)

I registered for the Lenox Firelight Platinum glasses too. I love them!!! I only registered for the Goblet, WIne and Flute. Now I'm wondering about the water...
