Here is our 'everyday' stemware (the white wine was discontinued, but its tall with a thin stem)

and our formal stemware -- we registered for 12 of the white wine and 12 water goblets...

I only registered for white wine and water goblet. We don't really drink champagne, so I didn't need that glass. and I don't really care whether i put red or white wine in either wine glass. so i figured 2 glasses on a table was enough! JMO

Those will be my nice wine glasses...they are technically only for white wine but I think they are a good size for white or red. Then we also registered for stemless inexpensive glasses from Bed Bath & Beyond.
