if your ring is insured, do you plan on having it insured forever?

you should insure it...you never know and it will be worth it when you need it
im pretty sure im going to keep it insured for a long time because i plan on wearing it with my band

YESSSS... I just had to leave work because I thought I lost the thing and it is insured so even if I had lost it I could have had it replaced but I couldn't imagine what I would have done if it wasn't... I would have to sell my car to replace it and tell FH my car was stolen!!! LOL!!!
It's a sense of security and I don't know if you have home or renters insurance but you can usually insure it through that...

i didnt feel comfortable wearing mine until it was insured. now at least i have a little peace of mind. god forbid it gets lost, stolen or damaged...insurance will cover it.

mine is still not insured & FH wants to kill me because of it. once we figure out our car insurance renewal i am going to try to add it to that. once its insured it will be insured forever.

Why not? The rates are pretty reasonable and it's covered against ANYTHING...loss, theft, damage, any breaks....again why not?

i would def. get it insured. I am having such issues with my e-ring right now that i am so happy its insured! because if the stupid jeweler does't fix it properly then i will have to go through insurance. But yes get it insured!!

you should absolutely insure it!!!! there are plenty of things that could happen, like if you lose the stone or get robbed, this way its covered!

my FH wouldn't give me the ring until it was insured as a rider on my mom's homeowners insurance. he was too nervous that something would happen to it

Mine is insured through Jewelers mutul now. Once we have a house I will just put it on our homeowners

Mine is not but I voted yes bc I want it insured. It is FHs gmas stone so it was passed down so he hates thinking abotu it possible being lost.
That being said someone who I know lost their Ering when they were preggers. Her hands swelled up while at work so she put it in her purse. Forgot to take it out that night. Few days later went to look for her ring and could not find it. She was careless with her bag so she thinks it fell out somewhere. Anyhow she had it insured on her apt. insurance which would have been great except they moved a few months before bc they brought a home and didnt have the insurance added to their home owners policy. so she is still Ering less. Get the insurance you never know!

Definitely insure it!! You never know what can happen so it's def peace of mind to know it's covered.

get it insured NOW! someone on the 10 board (can't remember who) had her ring STOLEN from her office and she didn't have insurance. it would give you such peace of mind to have it insured!
