LeeLee do you have feelings for him? Or was it just through drinking?

Re: Still drunk

That's my entire problem with this guy...I do have feelings for him (unfortunately) but I know they're not real deep feelings. I think I get caught up in the attention, compliments he dishes out to me since I don't really hear that stuff everyday anymore from DH. I sound so awful!!!!!!!
I ignored this guy for a while and didn't think once about him the entire time...
When I unloaded my thoughts at him last night-I'm trying to figure out what exactly his deal is since he confuses me. He's married with a brand new baby and claims to be happy but why then is he hanging all over me?
It's just weird...
I really feel like a terrible person telling all of this. My husband knows everything about this too-I can't lie to him.

Re: Still drunk

You told your DH about last night? Did he get mad at you or anything?

If I was to tell Enzo something like that I think he would walk out on me?

ETS: Just wanted to say that I am not judging in any way. Things like this happen all the time and I can understand. You know I am here for you.

No...Peter doesn't get angry because he thinks this guy is taking advantage of me...And he's right. Peter also knows I would never ever do anything to jepordize our marriage-and I wouldn't.
But...I should also say that DH also wants to crack this guy's head in. He's not angry at me...

Things happen, we are all human, show me a person that does not like attention, its when you take it to the next level that is when it becomes a problem. At least you and hubby talked it out.

I agree.

Shamma- you have such a way with words.

Right..I think it's natural to develop feelings for someone who is paying excessive attention. But, like I said-they're not true feelings...
I can't keep anything from DH! I'm a terrible liar...so I don't even attempt it!

Re: Still drunk

Thank you ladies! You have managed to make me feel a lot better about myself...
This is not typical behaviour for me-I haven't been drunk in YEARS!! I just feel ashamed of myself for the whole evening.

Re: Still drunk

No need to feel ashamed. Everyone has a drunk night now and again.

The honesty you share with your hubby is the best part of this whole story
He is so lucky to have a wonderful and honest wife. and you to have a wonderful understanding hubby

As for teh office dude, he is just another doggy dog

Im sorry i missed your post today.

All i have to say is BEEN THERE DONE THAT.. I got drunk at a corporate event and acted like a moron...I didnt even want to go back to work the next day..

Now, i dont even remember it...so moral of the story is this will sooo go away.. and if this guy doesnt talk to you anymore then it was TOTALLY a blessing in discuise..and you know peter is not mad at you so you have nothing to worry about.,.

Now I just hope you have had your McDonalds and your feeling comfy at home..

Call me anytime if you need to talk!

Re: Still drunk

Thank you Suzanne!! I remember you had that night..I thought of you this morning!

I left work early..around 4. I came home and slept and I feel better. I'll deal with the 'doggy dog' (Liz-that cracked me up!) tomorrow-if he's lucky!
And Suzanne-you're probably 1000000% right-if he doesn't speak to me again, it is probably a blessing in disguise!
Thank you for not judging me on this...I'm my own worst critic and I've been beating myself up over this since last night.
