still freaking out about hotel and shuttles!!!

holiday inn express does have a shuttle did they say it just wouldn't be available at the time of your wedding? or whats up with that, unless they stopped doing this. Call them back and ask them, maybe the person you spoke to is an idiot and doesn't know, which happens alot ive noticed with many types of businesses. Last year i blocked rooms at holiday inn when i had my e-party at CLM bc a bunch of my friends told me they didn't want to drive home. They said you get the free shuttle if you block 10 or more rooms

tell me about it! all 3 hotels that shuttle to CLM are already booked for that day! i went to courtyard marriot lat fall and they had said they dont block rooms for memorial day weekend....but to check back after the new year cause sometimes they change things...well i called them over a week ago and guess what??? NO BLOCKS AVAILABLE they are all booked!! then they said they can black the rooms but i cant use the shuttle cause its being used for another party. the thing is....not 1 hotel asked what time my wedding was!! they wont be shuttleing the entire day with another event! i need it to get my guests there at 1:30 and then pick up at 6:30 to bring them back!! ugh im so annoyed

there has to be a hotel nearby that has rooms available and you can still block rooms. If worse comes to worse, what about hiring a company that does shuttle service or the trolley. I dont remember the prices but it might be low. S*cks to have to pay for this when it can just be free. Good luck though, hopefully a hotel that one of the girls suggested will have free shuttle

i want the trolley soooooooooooooo bad i have been in love with it for years
!! but its not in the budget...i sent them an email but they havent gotten back to me :( we will see

im at the wingate inn in brentwood and they supply a shuttle if 10 rooms pick up..i would double check that

I don't know how far it is so I don't know if they have a shuttle that will travel that far.

Residence Inn by Marriott in Plainview.
