still here with just a few days left!

I must be nervous--I have been grinding my teeth in my sleep and I wake up with such jaw pain!!!!

I am trying to get so much work done before the HM but it is so hard to focus!

I am all over the place!

And the things I thought I would be nervous about are the things I don't care about right now--I'm nervous about stupid stuff at the moment.

What I think about most is whether I will sleep the night before.

Take some Tylenol PM at least 8 hours before you have to be get up that morning. Usually works for me!!!

Or you can have a glass of wine that night to calm your nerves!! Do you need me to bring a bottle over?? I have plenty here!!!

OMG girl! Take a hot bath and have some wine. Also, I read somewhere that if you can't sleep the night before, have a banana and some milk, it gives you a full feeling and I guess helps you relax. (I wouldn't drink wine the night before though!)

I just have to stop grinding my jaw!!!! I may call my Dr. for a muscle relaxer because I can't un-tighten it.

I'm bumping this b/c I was just looking back at my posts from right before my wedding. I can't remember having the issue with grinding my jaw the week of the wedding. It's like I blocked it out. But I know that I used to grind my jaw sometimes, years ago. Sorry, I know this isn't so fascinating to anyone but me-- I'm freaked out that I can't remember something that was happening the week of my wedding. I usually never forget a thing!
