Still need shower site for BM

I'm throwing a baby shower for one of my BM's. I've suggested to her DH that having it at their apartment would be easiest for all. They're 1 block from the train, they have a big enough living room.

I am footing the entire thing. He wrote back suggesting a pub. The pub has a 20 person minimum. We have about 15 people, as far as I know.

So, where can I:
feed 15 people
at $20/head including tax & grat
in the neighborhood of Floral Park?

I'm looking at a Chinese buffet, aren't I?
