I have planned everything down to the fukcing napkin holders ... literally. Im not calling one person .. I have just appointed people to start calling... and now ..

Im FINALLY getting yes's!!! 12 so far (verbal) just came in to me

My MIL was the same way! You just have to politely tell her (over and over, because she will ask again and again ) that you don't have your final count, so you can't do the seating yet. Even though it is common sense, she won't get it

I've been getting so much grief too for having my hall in NJ...(I live in Commack)....like certain CLOSE family members are not coming.

PEOPLE DON'T KNOW HOW TO DRIVE...(sorry, no offense to those who don't) But like get a ride with another family member! My AUNT didn't even call me to tell me she's not coming...such BS....

family completely sukcs sometimes.. seriously my biggest thing I learned through this whole process is not everyone cares.. like some ppl are so overly hows the planning and others didn't give two shts!

true colors come out.. someone told me this.. the ppl you invite to your wedding should wake up that day and be like omg so and so is getting married today! (excited and happy for you) and if they dont feel like that they shouldn't come bc its a waste of our money and energy spent saying hi to these ppl! arggg

GOOD FOR YOU! I would have done the same thing. It's a shame b/c you're always there for them, but definitely no more..I've lost so much respect for certain people - I HATE to say that but I have.
