I spent yesterday in the ER I was washing the dishes and broke a glass and cut very deep into my wrist and hand. It took 15 stitches. They had a hand surgeon look at it and he said that I'm very lucky to not have nerve damage. It's my right hand...so it's really hard for me to do anything. I can't use it at all. It hurts a lot today. I have no luck!!! I'm going to look like a scarred up mess on my wedding day

Aww no. Do you use vitamin E? I have a scar from a third degree burn from the beginning of the year on my arm and Ive b een using vit E on it....not a lotion but actual Vitamin E.... I take a pin and poke it into the gel cap and put it on. Its faded alot :)

Awwwww! Sorry to hear this! You know- I have a co worker who had major hand surgery that required a lot of stitches and less than a year later- you don't even see any scars so you'll be fine! Ask about what you can put on it to minimize scaring. Maderma works pretty well. (I used it to hide my skin cancer scars) You just may have to wait a few months before starting Maderma. Oh sweetie! I am so sorry to hear that! I hope you feel better very soon! You will be all healed up by your big day! Don't worry! You have a lil less than a year. Once it is all healed and the stitches are removed, try Mederma. I hear that works great on scars. I am so sorry that happened to you! Feel better soon!

Wow 15 stitches!! I hope youre ok. I cut my ring finger a few months ago and had to go to the ER. I still have the scar from it. Which hosp did you go to?
