stockings

My moms friend is going to a wedding in NYC tomorrow, and was wondering if she should wear stocking with her dress that comes to her knees??

What kind of shoes is she wearing? If they're closed toe, she's fine with stockings. If they're open toe, I HIGHLY suggest against it.

i guess its up to her...i never wear stockings so i would say no but if shes more comfortable in them then sure.

they even have those ones you can wear with open shoes.
