I only know the trick of wearing your panties over the garter straps this way you can just pull the panties off

My BM was very helpful in that she 'taught' me to go to the bathroom facing the other way - (you look at the tank of the toilet) - this way you only have to lift up the front of the dress - I DID IT ALL BY MYSELF
Good thing I won't ever have to do it again though
