try to do it the day after thanksgiving - that wont happen this year since i am getting married that day!!!!

going to my grandma's house on christmas eve and waiting for santa to come - one time he ran past the window - i was soooo scared lol

i was old - about 12

yes - some from FH, parents and grandparents the rest christmas morning

with all teh ornaments we have collected through teh years and colored lights, top off with an angel and some candy canes

Wraps them all!

Well, we live in a co-op, so none, but my parents use all white lights on their house.

Nope

Usually early December

6. What is your favorite holiday dish (excluding dessert)?
STUFFING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (I am completely with you on this one!) I also love corn pudding. It sounds gross...it's not the consistancy of pudding. It is sooo good.

Waking my entire family up REALLY early on Christmas day because I was too excited to wait for everyone to wake up on their own schedule..lol

I actually don't remember...maybe 10 or 11?

Nope...none until Christmas Day

colored lights and ornaments we've collected over the years.

I love to look at it from inside. Hate it when it comes to driving in it.

horribly..i haven't gone in years!

When FH made me a shadowbox with pictures of us and mementos of things we've done/places we've gone.

Giving...I love to see the reaction when someone gets something they really wanted.

I love the Mariah Carey song..i just completely blanked on the name. I used to work at Gap and every holiday this is the only song that didn't drive me nuts after hearing it 20 times every day for over a month!

7. Favorite holiday memory as a child?
I was about 8 and my parents decided to get a real tree instead of a fake one. Since my birthday is 3 days before Christmas, I got to pick out the tree and we decorated the tree on my birthday. I remember getting to put the first ornament on the treet and it was an ornament that I had made in school.

8. When and how did you learn the truth about Shhh....?
I heard my sister talking to one of her friends about Santa not being real.

9. Do you open a gift on Christmas Eve?
Usually no, but last year I went to SIL's house and we played steel a santa and that was the only gift that I opened. This year it will be the same.

10. How do you decorate your Christmas tree?
We have a fake tree. We use white lights and ornaments that we have gotten over the years. The base of the tree has a tree skirt that my mom made.

11. Snow, love it or hate it?
Like looking at it, but I hate how gross it gets.

12. Can you ice skate?
No, I have two left feet and no sense of balance.

A drawing that my friends son made for me.
