deff our proposal night ...

TOTALLY shocked and surprised me with a dinner for our anniversary (but a little bit after our anniversary) to Ruth's Chris. Dinner was awesome and we planned to meet our friends at a bar afterwards ... so we start driving and we arent going home (took me a while to notice) so I ask where are we going? He says, 'hold tight, I have a surprise!' So we pull upto the Garden City hotel and he tells me he planned the night for us - to celebrate our anniversary, he booked a king suite for the night!

He had already checked in earlier so we went right up to the room. As soon as I walked in, i knew - TONIGHT was THE night!!! There were roses and petals EVERYWHERE! Champagne, and before I knew it, he was on his knee, spilling out his heart and asking me to marry him!!

The PERFECT night, the perfect proposal

then we proceded to meet up with our friends and family, celebrate and go back to the hotel to spend the night!

um well my engagement - total surprise, like i always wanted it

then for my birthday last year he surprised me with dinner at Ruth's Chris and a night at the Garden City Hotel ( where we will spend our wedding night!) he only told me about it that day so i could pack a bag - it was awesome!

my proposal was actually in his bedroom on christmas eve

the OTHER romantic thing was for my birthday last year

sorry - that would have been cool though - the garden city hotel is AMAZING. . .and ruth's chris is my favorite restaurant in the world!
