The good: Me graduating from college...finally!
The bad: the economy which effected alot of people!
The ugly:My fat a$$!!...which I need to fix before July 19th!

THe Ugly: THe battle between FMIL and I...its actually an unspoken battle just my feeling like she hates me! lol

I feel that way about both my FIL's! Dont worry Lauren we are fabulous and they suck!!

Great Thread!!

The Good: still having a job, my sister getting engaged, my parents giving us our honeymoon, having good health all year long!

The Bad: MY FBIL's Dad passing away days before Thanksgiving, FSIL (enough said), money, drunk driver hit my car,

The Ugly: Bills, Bills, Bills

the good: Finally picking a wedding date (after being engaged for three years)!! FH being home for good no more baseball traveling.
the bad: planning a wedding in six months FH having elbow surgery and the recovery. (even though it brought us closer it was scary as hell)
the ugly: watching the turnover at my job. almost our entire team resigned and was replaced by people who are resigning. and feeling stagnant in my position.

The Good: getting engaged, my first year as a homeowner, getting #1 Trainer in the country for my job

The Bad: Work stressing me out big time (being #1 doesn't come easily)

The Ugly: FH's cousin-can't really discuss (it has nothing to do with us, but its very heartbreaking & theres a huge chance she won't be at the wedding. And no, she's not dying.....)

the good: finally making it to paris after 8 years of learning french and bomb threats that thwarted my high school trip.

the bad: stressing about money and paying for the wedding.

the ugly: seeing the true colors of people i was really close to and being really disgusted and disappointed.

The good: A huge raise and promotion at work, starting the process of becoming a homeowner, starting the process of getting debt-free (and making a lot of progress)

The bad: Realizing I may not have any good friends left

The ugly: FH's grandfather being against our marriage

The Good: getting engaged, babies being born in the family, getting out own plce

The Bad: Death of loved ones, Liars, fakes and ofcause family issues

The Ugly: FIL and there attitudes, the economy and trying to save money! ahhh lol

GOOD: got my job

BAD: mom passed away in Sept.

UGLY: losing a ton of money in a fund that was going to go to a down payment for our house...stupid economy!

The good: getting engaged to my best friend, moving in with FH, buying a home, getting into business school and working towards my MBA part time, getting a promotion at work, booking NYE as our wedding date

The bad: having zero time to relax and feeling that I'm always on the run to either work or school (or to do school work!!)

The ugly: realizing that NYE is an expensive time to want to get married (even though I was sure we'd get deals since its a weekday and in the winter), realizing that there is NO WAY to make everyone happy when it comes to our wedding plans

The Good - I (We) ar egetting married this year!
The Bad- I had to get stitches last night
The Ugly- My braces and my now EX friend buying the SAME dress as me!

The good: Getting engaged to FH (after knowing each other almost 12 yrs...FINALLY, there is a GOD ), better relationship with my older sis (MOH), one of my BF who is my BM got engaged xmas eve., all the babies born into FH family, and being asked to be a Godmother!

The bad: too many deaths among FH family, friend's families, dad's health

The ugly: how some ppl who you thought were your friends show their true colors. arguing that FH and I have been doing..all the $$ being paid for the wedding...

the good: getting engaged and finding my dress
the bad: My grandma passing away and my dog Jackson
the ugly: FSIL don't get along

the good: being loved and getting things done

bad: Fh losing his job, my sister was told she has MS

the ugly: My fights with FH

The Good: Finding our own place, getting engaged, having a job and getting a BIG raise

The Bad: Financial stress over the wedding

The Ugly: Knocking my Christmas tree over and having to completely redecorate it

2008 was a pretty good year for us & hopefully 2009 is even better
