I do agree with all of you- anything physical, however I almostly lost my FH last night because of what he considered cheating. I had emailed an old guy friend who's in the navy. we met and hung out well before me and FH were together. I came across an old email of his and wrote to him- it's been 5 yrs since we spoke. Unknown to me my FH cracked my email password 2 months ago and has been reading my emails trying to find something incriminating. He's found nothing until last night when he found that message in my Sent file. But he didn't see the 'Delivery Failure' notice in the delete box. the message never got through. I wouldn't have considered an email cheating. But he couldn't stop screaming and didn't want to have anything to do with me. We since patched things up, but thngs don't seem right.

unless the email said how much you want to get back with him and was setting up a booty call, I think your FH overreacted.... whether it had gone through or not

Agreed. And how dare he not respect your privacy (and not trust you) by finding the need to read your emails.
