Bachelors from CUNY Queens in Sociology and going for my Masters starting this January for Education

I just finished my Masters of Education from Queens College, or so I thought until yesterday when I got a letter saying I didn't submit an advisor's form or something. So now I have to get that done, reapply for graduation and possibly have to register as matriculated (at the sum of $750!) in order to be eligible to apply for graduation. Very bad news! Plus now I can't apply for my salary differential until this is all sorted out!

i have my aas from nassau
i just got in the mail like a week ago my bs in education from old westbury
and im starting my masters in literacy on tuesday at adelphi

have a BA in tv/video production from hofstra

B.S. Security Systems/Computer Security from Farmingdale

BS in Music ed from NYU
and MA from Teachers college columbia as of this month! Woohoo

I am thinkin about goin on for a doctorate...im already drowning in loans...why not go further!

DonnaPWhite, i think i know you! You went to school with my fiance..... Maybe you remember him ; Paul Wasek. He was friend with Chuck.... I think we actually went to your b-day in queens last year.

ahh i feel the same way! i started college in 2001 and just finished the bachelors, on top of that i went my whole pregnancy till i was 8 months and then went back when my daughter was 2 weeks old, but only part time, 1 class....so that slowed me down soooooo badly.

OMG YES! holy crap i dont know why i didnt put 2 & 2 together! I spoke to chuck a few weeks ago. I have to say CONGRATS to you and Paul. Im so sorry i didnt recognize you!!!

AMEN TO THAT!!

I got my Associates degree from St. John's then I transferred to the CUNY system where I found out that they do not ACCEPT private school DEGREES! SO I lost 18 credits...and I felt like I had to start over....I took last semester off and now this semester too..PRAYING I will go back in January. And I guess i'll be graduating in May 2009 with my Bachelors in Business Marketing.


I HATE SCHOOOL!

I have my M.S. (master of science) in Audiology and in one year i start my doctorate (AuD).
