my answer is no. i want to do the pics during that time, and spend time in the bridal suite, i would like everyone to see us when were announced mr and mrs

We arent attending because we dont want to rush photos and i like the enterance during the reception....i know you still do it if you attend ch but i feel like its not the same.

Definitely disagree...I think it is just as special...I know my hall has you enter on a boat during the cocktail hour and then during the reception...lets face it, you could leave and enter the room a million times and it is still special..your married for goodness sakes! Also, we are taking our pictures earlier in the day. We figure we are spending so much money on our wedding that we want to enjoy every second. I also want my bridal party to be able to enjoy the entire wedding. Nothing worse than being a bridesmaid and not being able to eat at cocktail hour!

We are!! My ceremony will probably start at 3 and my reception isnt till 8 so I have enough time to take all the pictures I want and have private time with FH so we will be attending CH because I want to get my hellos over and done with.

lol yeah my BM's like to eat, and the groomsmen lol they will wanna go to the CH, so i think after the pics with them ill send them to the CH,then me and FH can finish off the pics of the two of us and go to the bridal suite just us

I answered yes, at least thats the idea. We're taking pictures before the ceremony so we'll go back to the bridal suite for a couple of minutes after the ceremony and then make an appearance at the cocktail hour.

Yeah that sounds like a plan...i just want to be able to eat and enjoy...we may spend most of the time in the bridal suite but i want to have the option of attending!

I am still unsure - I really want alone time with FH but the CH is a great time to get the Hellos over and done with so we'll see.

I agree... I want the alone time but I also want the time to talk to the guests so I can party more!

Definitely... our ceremony is at 11 and cocktail hour starts at 1 so I think 2 hours will be enough for pictures. Cocktail hour food is my favorite!

We want to attend!!! Giorgio's Does an hour and a half cocktail hour...... so we will have time to spend time in the bridal suite relaxing and taking pics..... and then arrive maybe 30 minutes into it.. and still have some time to enjoy it

Hell yeah i'll be there... i'm gonna try to get most pics done beforehand! i paid for that food, i want to get the most outta it and see guests enjoying it! plus, im sooooo not missing my steel drums for anything in the world!!!!
