I was talking about this at work today. I am getting the pictures done before hand, even though my mom is upset about this.( The whole thing about your marriage not lasting of you see the bride before the ceremony.....I said look at all the divorces that happened to people that belived that,lol) I am even asking my close family to come as early as they can so we can get all the family photos done. I hate interupting people while they are eating or dancing. I want everyone to party ALL NIGHT!!!!

I will definitely be there, my grand entrance is in the church I dont need two and there's no way I'm missing a second of my wedding

ill DEFINITLY be attending my cocktail hour. im planning on having an my ceremony around 3/4 and my cocktail hour doesnt start till 7 so i have plenty of time to take pictures.. i dont want to miss the ch at alll!

Right now I'm leaning towards NO..I love the whole idea of the grand entrace..plus I plan on sending the rest of the BP to the cocktail hour after we take some pics and then i'll get some alone time with FH in our Bridal Suite..

I do however want an ice sculpture REALLY bad at our CH..and would like to have a pic of me and FH in front of it..so I want to set it up where we can get a pic of us before the guests come in...we'll see...

i wanna say yes bc i really want to go our ch, but i think we're probably gonna end up taking pics during that time, unless we decide to get married at the church.

We are going to cocktail hour.. We want to take pictures before the ceremony since we have such a big wedding party and we dont want to only have an hour for pictures.
Besides we want to enjoy the calypso band at CH and all our guest

Fh and I are attending the cocktail. We don't have a problem with seeing each other before the ceremony. This way we can get all the pics out the way

We are, I'm making a point to be there. I've heard from so many brides that they miss out on the cocktail hour, and they hear from everyone else how great it was.
The church is @ 4 and cocktail hour starts @ 8:30, so I'm hoping to have some time there......This way too we can greet the guest and I can be dancing and enjoying the wedding.....

We still haven't decided. I originally wanted to not see each other before the ceremony which would require us to take pics during the CH. However, our photog said that we'll get a lot more pics and be more relaxed if we see each other beforehand, which would mean we could go to the cocktail hour. I still haven't decided.

Yes it's my favorite part of any wedding... Im actually thinking of changing into a shorter wedding dress for the cocktail hour and then back in to my dress for the reception.. bc i love the short dresses featured in alot of the magazines but i think FH would kill me if I didnt go more traditional.... so im thinking of doing both

We are having our pics before the ceremony. I want to get TONS of pics, and I just don't think we'll get enough during the cocktail hour. Plus, I want to enjoy the cocktail hour. We are paying all this money for the wedding and I want to enjoy every second of it!
