I just saw one in a mag and it was really pretty. I think it was Modern Bride (april/may?) in a budget story. It was a high end florist 'for Stop and Shop'. I would definitely look into it.
My mother works for Stop and Shop and she recently told me that many of their stores are discounting their floral depts and now it will be self serve - pre-prepared. Some of the larger stores (New Hyde Park for example) will still have a full service florist.

I would try it, why not, right. Go there and see if they have pictures or anything you can see for examples. Maybe you can make it yourself. There are a lot of sites and mag's that show you how to do it. If you aren't looking for anything crazy I would go there.
