I don't know how many bouquets and centerpieces you are looking for but Costco sells flowers through their website. They have all different types of packages and they are priced reasonably. I am a huge fan of Costco I just booked my honeymoon through them and saved a ton.

Here is the link

I would check out the stop and shop your interested in and talk to them about it.

I persononally love fiftyflowers.com and if I was a more organized person I might have done my own flowers through them.

Re: Stop and Shop flowers

I buy stop & shop flowers for birthdays, xmas and other occasions. They do not last as long as flowers from florists. The roses last about 6 to 7 days, but that's long enough for the wedding. And I feel that their flowers are a little smaller and not as fresh.
Having said that, I read in a bridal planner to cut costs, they suggested that you get flowers from your local supermarket. Do you plan on having them make the arrangements too? I don't know how that works. Maybe you have to pay extra for the labor. If not, see if each of your BMs can do 2 centerpieces for you. My MOH and I went to Borders, grabbed a whole bunch of books on flower arrangements but then decided it was too much work because I only have 2 BMs and you literally have make the centerpieces the day before the wedding to make sure they're fresh. Or if you have a fridge big enough at home, it will last longer in the fridge.
Good Luck!

I will not say who, so don't even FM me but a Florist I met with I saw in Stop and Shop with a huge cart full of flowers. Actually this is why I did not go with this florist. However, I've seen there work a few times and its always beautiful.

I don't think its too expensive though.

We just recently got a really beautiful bunch of mixed flowers from there. I think it's a great way to save money. They have much better flowers than King Kullen, Pathmark etc

I agree! Their flowers are much better than the other supermarkets.

I thought about doing this as well but I found a family friend who works in a florist and she does weddings on the side so I got an amazing deal but I would say go talk to them and buy a sample to see how it looks and how it lasts
