My friend got engaged and wants to start looking at gowns. She is a size 0 or 2 and is about 4'11'.
She said she heard of a place in port jeff...does anyone know the name?
Have any other suggestions of stores with really small samples??

As it was explained to me, the designer decides what size samples to send, so the stores have no control over sizes. I don't know of any stores that specialize in smaller samples. They can always clip the back of a larger sample, so she can get an idea of how it would look.

I am 5'2' and a 0. They really don't make samples small. Explain to her though, a 0 street is like a 4 dress. Most samples are an 8 or 10. They clip back. No worries...

For NY I've only seen size 8-12 & larger sized samples... but I wasn't looking for 0/2's...
BTW, My MOH lives in California and I purposely picked a dress she'd be able to go to her local store to try on... when she went there they ONLY had size 0/2 samples.. she's a 6/8 and couldn't even fit in the sample! That's Cali though.. just thought it was weird.
