okay...so im sure we all have some strange requests for inviting ppl (i.e, a random guest, a friend of FMIL you never met, etc etc)
so lets post them and then just together
ill start....
my mom invited her DENTAL HYGENIST!!! W.T.F!!!
actually...i take that back...the hygenist actually invited herself (which is amazingly tacky and rude and im still in over this)...but my mom didnt say no. (they've known eachother over 20 years, send eachother holiday cards, etc...but still!)
since then ive told my mom no more conversations about the wedding with her friends!!!!

I work in a school, the building shares an elevator with NYSC. One of the trainers invited himself to my wedding. So did one of the 8th grade parents, she gives me her phone number & address and says I know somebdy wont show up so Ill be there...I buy nice gifts too *W*T*F

I apparently have my future sisters-in-law's parents ....
not really happy about that ... that was on FH's mom's 'must-invite' list .... grr.
I guess we'll have to put them in a corner table

I think FSIL inlaws are the strangest people on the guest list. FH has to invite his sister's inlaws who he's never met or spoken to, but they won't even come they live in India. He just needs to send them invitations because they take it so damn seriously if someone's getting married and they're not invited.

just looked through the list and I gotta say there isn't really anyone strange on there - it's mostly all family and close friends.
Now if you mean strange has in the person themselves are strange - I got a few weirdos on my list lol

OHHH Yeah... i have a few of those... my uncle lives in cali, hes a homeopathic doctor... yeah... and he changed his name from Chris to Arjuna... uh huh!

I didnt have anyone strange on my list....only thing strange was my MIL (well EX now) she made photo copies of my invite and passed it out to tons of ppl at her church!!!! UGH maybe that was a sign that his family are all wack-a-doos!!!
