strapless dress and OCTOBER? What should I wear to keep me warm?

I would say just get a white or off white shawl.
I agree with some of the otehr posts...I didn't wear anything! It was probably 45 degrees outside when we were taking pictures but I was so excited I didn't feel a thing. My BM on the otehr hand probably wanted to kill me.

I got married in Oct and the weather was just beutiful...you may not even need anything but I also go a shawl just in case.

i love it! it looks great in this photo! sometimes a different colored shawl would look better in a photograph. the white (or near white) gets blended into a bride's wedding gown that it almost looks strange... kinda bulky.. depending on the photograph, of course.

i really loved her fur too! that's my MOH at her wedding last DEC. her fur is her grandmother's so it was sentimental too. but i thought its color looked inviting and timeless. her wedding day was unusally warm and clear though for DEC so a little wrap was just enough.

i love the idea of a fur wrap. if you use ebay and start early you can sure find something nice. i have bid on several white and ivory minks. haven't been luck yet but i'm still trying!

I would buy a pashmina to match your dress. That's what I did and I didn't end up needing it. It was 75 degrees and completely sunny. You don't know what weather you will get, but I think it is too early to have fur.
