I'm going to undertake them myself. If you search ribbon wands, some brides who made them included directions. The ones with the printed ribbon are cute, but still require assembly so I figured I'd might as well go the full mile. We got dowel rods at Michaels (12'). FH is spray painting white. I'm getting ribbon at MJ Trim in NYC and capping the dowels with those white squishy caps that you see on edges of shelves (get them in home depot).
