Does anyone have pictures of a ceremony or reception exit using Streamers, Ribbon Wands, or Sparklers? Trying to decide what to do....can't throw rice/flower petals/etc, and some weddings I've been to with Bubbles it looked like nothing b/c people didn't blow the bubbles....any experiences would be welcome!! TIA!

Sparklers shouldnt be that expensive, but I know a whole fire work show will be. My friend had sparklers at her 4th of july party in NY. I will ask my RH to see if they are acceptable

It's funny you mention fireworks. I never thought about that and the other day a friend (who's invited to the wedding) asked if we wanted some. Of course I would, but I doubt RH would allow us. I told him we'd al have to go back to my house and shoot them off in the street lol

I wish we could have real fireworks! That would be so cool! But I doubt it....although I just heard back from my RH and she said sparklers were totally allowed and fun fun fun! so yay!
Any thoughts on or pictures of the streamers that have the part that stays attached to your hand (streamer throws or something?) for leaving the ceremony??

I have always wanted sparklers but I can't because my church is at 2:30 & i think it will be way to light outside plus i'm nervous about burning my dress.

My church is at 3, but my CH/reception starts at 7, so I'm thinking to do it as a reception exit (especially since most of our guests are OOT and will leave on the shuttles we provide, all at once, it seems like it could work out and be super cool!)....there is always a way!

Ohhh thats great so you are allowed to have sparklers. Ohh I have to ask my RH now, at least they are considered fireworks so its something, lol

Thanks! Yeah they do look kind of choked by the streamers! Don't think we'd be allowed the confetti as we're not allowed petals or rice or anything of that nature (b/c of the clean up factor...)
