Stress/Nerves

I know alot of us brides when planning the wedding get both stressed and nervous, but has anyone gotten so stressed and nervous it has effected ur body?

I believe it is happening to me, but for a bit I'm trying to relad, and ease up on the planning stages since my wedding is november of next year

It hasn't affected me yet but I'm sure as it will when it gets much closer. I am sure I will just be very nervous that everything goes well. I am not nervous about marrying FH. I know without a doubt that he's for me. I'm just nervous about all the eyes that will be looking at us.

About 4 months after FI and I got engaged I started getting horrible migraines. I had never gotten one before in my life!!! It was extremely painful - and I had to miss 3 days of work. According to the neurologist it's common with brides-to-be - we're under a lot of stress (even if it's good stress).
