I love shiseido pureness line. One time I broke out reallly bad also due to stress and bought their cleanser moisturizer and softner and I woke up with 75% Less noticeable breakouts and in 2-3 days of use they were completely gone.

Best face wash you can find in a drugstore...my skin is super sensitive and this worked wonders.

Products with glycolic acid in them, like liquid toners work great. Watch out for alcohol or too much salicylic acid. Drying it out is NOT the answer. Mario Badasceau has a glycolic toner. If you use it on cotton or a q tip on the blemishes, they should clear up in a few days. Otherwise, a natural spot treatment for acne, just check ingredients for sd alcohol. Not all alcohol is bad, but SD alcohol 40 is very drying.

Microdermabrasion and chemical peels work great too. I've been in skincare for 10 years, and in response to another comment...I also was a counter manager for Shiseido. The pureness line is good...and they make good products. However, there is a lot of alcohol in them.
I think just a basic glycolic would do the trick. Use a gentle gel cleanser, nothing for acne... preferably one that does not have sulfate.
Acne cleansers will only make your skin dry.
Whatever you do, don't try to pick or pop them, it will only make it worse.
