stress vent thread

thought this could be helpful for other women who are just feeling stressed and overwhelmed...




current crap.

we are in the process of booking my hall and we need to get all of these details about how many people/ should we book hotels/ how many days.

my Future MIL is upset that she isnt being included more and is being passive aggressive and thus my mom doesnt want to talk much

my fiancee wants us to get an aptmt and i start school in 3 weeks. i already have a dorm so if we move in we need to figure it out before then so that i can drop the housing.

i am interning at a place that i would like to work at when i graduate but it's stressful and i am working for free/ need to get permission to work there in the fall....for free... so that next year they can possibly hire me.

i am just annoyed and stressed

I actually HATE seeing my countdown everyday!! I get more anxiety every day with the number going down, down down. . .Did I mention . . .

IT'S AUGUST!!!!! fml!

Our other car is in the shop. Its $1540 and i cant pay it this week.

FH has a company picnic tomorrow...in NJ and he just asked me,'is my license suspended?' w t f?

I feel you ladies:

Future MIL talks about the wedding more then I do and she in her own passive/aggressive way is trying to make decisions for me that I dont want to make. She 'volunteered' to book the DJ which was fine but now she wants to book HER photographer and caused a big argument between me and my FH.

Most (if not all) of my money goes to bills (phone bills, rent, credit card bills, school loans) then to this wedding which is stressing me out!!!!

My job is a dead end and I want to go to grad school but (see above) i.e. no money

I just ate a sandwich and I think I might have messed up my tooth which means going to the dentist which means more money (see above)!!

FMIL just informed me she will give me her side of the guest list 2-3 MONTHS before our wedding, and not sooner-in case she stops talking to someone on the list....but FFIL informed me the total is going to be close to 300!!!! We were trying to keep to 175-200. OY VEY!!!

uggg! annoying.

My side view mirror was hit and knocked off again!! this time right in front of my house!

I suspect the neighbors! (no but really)

Soooo, I just looked at my CC statement yesterday and holy crap. I just don't understand what the hell I'm buying.
And my job isn't giving us the raise we are contracted for, so the union is now telling us we may strike....I don't have a per diem job to fall back on so I will be royally screwed if it gets to that point. The morale at my job is at an all time low, but I really don't want to find another cuz I'll only be there 2 years tops and I'll prob have to go back to working nights. So I'm stuck.
I drank waaaay too much on Saturday and acted like an a*hole but I can't remember much of it. Seriously, this hasn't happened since college and I have no clue how I could have possibly been pouring my own wine at that point but apparently I was. And now I'm like crap, what did I do and what did I say, does everyone hate me now????
My lower back and abdomen are aching like crazy. Prob cuz I'm supposed to get my visitor next week. But this has been going on a while and someone suggested I get checked out for endometriosis. Super fantastic.
I have lost my motivation to diet, so the scale is creeping back up.
In general, I feel pretty tired and bummed out. I really hope my B12 levels are low again and they can give me injections and I'll feel better again! Cuz right now I'd like to assume the fetal position.

so apparently the hotel is booked the night before the wedding, even though two days ago we were told all but 2 rooms were free.... great, now we need to figure out what the heck we are going to do
