Stressed out about e-party

Stressed out about e-party

Kind of a long story...but I need help...

FH's parents live in Myrtle Beach. My Grandparents live in Florida...
We origonally wanted our e-party in July because my family has a pool party every year in July and this year it would be for my andFH. July is no good because FSIL will be on vacation and is in other weddings. My grandparents won't be able to come up, and FH's grandparents may not come because they need more mild weather (they're old, lol). So we were thinking May 19--that's not good because MOH is graduating from college and the following weekend is her grad party. My grandparents will be up in May and are willing to stay for one extra weekend but then it would be on FMIL's 50 bday. FH's parents will be coming in May (around may 19) to do something for work in NY, but to have them come back up the following weekend (right after traveling from NY-MyrtleBeach BACK to NY) is toooo much

We can't find a weekend to have FH's parents and my grandparents in NY at the same time.....

It's impossibly to please everyone, but how do you accomodate for people you really want and need at your e-party??

So why does May 19 not work? If your MOH is graduating - doesn't it usually end around 1pm - why not have the party at 5PM or so???

Would she be angry/hurt/upset if you did it on her grad day?

My mom and brother live in Atlanta so I know how tough it is to coordinate everything. We ended up just doing it Dec 29th because they was going to be here anyway for Christmas. It probably wasn't the best time to throw a party, but it worked for us.
It will all work out, hopefully those close to you will try to be as flexible as possible!!!

I forgot to mention that my MOH and family live in PA, so we cant do that weekend because of the distance :(
