I am so sorry to hear that.I would call and email them. If you payed by check or credit card you have proof of some type of agreement with them, if they still ignore you, I would stop payment or dispuit it if it was by credit card. I hope that it helps.If you don't mind can you mail me the name of the company, I just want to make sure that I am not using them.

Try calling. If that doesn't work, I would march my butt down there and talk to them in person. I hope everything works out!

I e-mailed them this past Monday, and have yet to hear back from them, also. I'm going to give them until after Christmas, and then I'll contact them again. I'm sure it's because of the holidays. They have always answered quickly before.

well, being insane, I would call and then go down there with contract in hand if i didnt get an answer....but Im insane I swear I am. I call my limo company every once in a while to make sure they still exist! They are on their third management and second company name since we booked. They still have the contract and just sent me some broshures of the new company. They look better then the ones we started with!!

I would go in person and see what the deal is. It's easier to not answer and phone or e-mail but they can't ignore you if you're standing right in front of you. Good luck
