stressing over our invites with Smashing Cards

We are using Smashing Cards and our designs are done, and we love them!! And I had been e-mailing Ashley back and forth like 2 weeks ago just before my shower. And we were ready to proof now -- where she would send us the actual sample of our invites before they went to print. mind you we are supposed to recieve all the components by JUNE 4th so we could start assembly!!

well......I e-mail her last weekend to check to see if the proofs were sent and I got an atuo-reply e-mail saying they were on vacation till JUNE 4th. I wanted to scream

Still no reply to my e-mail -- I was hoping she'd at least check her mail while away. So when she gets back I still have to proof the copy I get in the mail from her. Then they go to print. And when I get them we are assembling ourselves and I want them in the mail by JULY 2nd. Ugh!!

oh man!!!! That is so annoying!!! I hope they get to you quickly!!! and that you can get em in the mail on time! Ugh!!! I hate it when you have an expected time frame and it gets all poo'd up!!!

Do you have a phone number you can call her at? I guess if she is on vacation, she may not be taking calls........not that I blame her.....but she should have let you know that she would be gone until the 4th....

Keep us posted! You still have lots of time though.....you may just have to work longer putting them together.......

Thanks! I'm sure it will all work out in the end -- just stressing that we will can't asemble them on our time schedule. We'll just have to bust them out i n a weekend. I think I am going to ask her to send the enveleopes ASAP so I can get a head start on addressing them. maybe that will help.
