Strip aerobics

So I have a couple of the Carmen Electra strip aerobics DVDS and I'm pretty into them (Done them every day since April 23rd --- go me! I'm pretty proud of myself!) Anyone also using them? Any results??

well I feel better and there is enough variety so that I can do it everyday -- basically I do a cardio workout (disc 2) every other day and on the other days i either do the dansing strip routine (disc 1) or the hip hop DVD (disc 5)

well the first 2 I burned from a friend but the latest ones I got were from amazon go here in like 2 days too!

hmmmmmmmmmmm.....do you think they work? do you feel stupid doing them? I dont know, I want to try them but I think I would feel stupid

I wanted to try them also... a while back, I got some belly dancing videos (supposed to be awesome for your body..) and I felt like a complete fool doing it.. but... the strip aerobics could be 'educational' and good for you at the same time!
Would love to know how they are, are they worth the money.. etc

Ok well I definitely feel stupid doing them but I just won't let FH watch but onestly every time I do them I feel less stupid...building my confidence I guess...

As far as if they are working I'm relally hoping they do because I really enjoy them...I feel like 'how could they not' - I am exercising for a minimum of 30 minutes each day and sweating like a whore in church ...lol.... so if it doesn't work I'm giving up on weight loss!

I definitely think its worth the money because its pretty cheap...you can get the whole set for about $40 or each disc is about $10 ...IMO the best discs are #1 which is the actualstrip dances - #2 which is an aerobic workout - probably one of the best that I have ever done - I have never sweat so much from floorwork - and disc #5 which is the hip hop dance workout

I really hope its working I've been doing it every day for a week now so I will keep you all updated on any weight loss!!

I have actually taken the strip aerobics class at Crunch. It is NO joke, pretty hard core. Definitely a good work out. No wonder strippers have such nice bodies.

I also take Belly dancing. I LOVE it!

I netflixed them. I got disc two but I was hoping for my actual stripping moves . Now I am waiting to get disc one.

hmmm....I am considering it...if i can find it (i am one of those really paranoid people who do not buy anything online). I love work outs that are fun and interesting. If it's too standard I lose interest.

well I really like it and I don't think its to boring especially if you break it up....as far as ordering online goes ( I do it all the time and have never had problems) but if you are worried I would definitely say amazon is definitely the way to go I have never had any problems and I have been using it for years and spent way to much
