Stroller Fit Classes

I just wanted to share that I have been taking these classes here in Ohio and they are great for new moms to excersie without having to leave baby. It is a really great workout where baby stays in the stroller and you do everything from running to weights. I know I don't live on LI anymore, but they are a national brand with classes pretty much everywhere. Just something to check out if you are looking to get back into exercising but have no one to watch baby while you do so.

I requested one too. Maybe if many of us do they will start one around here. What a great idea and I certainly could use the exercise to help get the excess baby weight off .
