Re: stuck on fh gift
I was initially going to get FH a really nice watch -- but since he doesn't even wear watches everyday, i figured my money would be better spent on stuff he would actually enjoy.
So, i ended up buying him 4 tickets to the jets/pats game in november, a set of classic stationary cards with his monogram on them (he's always said how he wanted his own gentlemanly stationary) and I found a really cute fill-in-the-blank letterpress card from a vendor on etsy that's titled '2011 The year we got married' and has all these fill in the blank spots to write in like our favorite takeout place, the price of a metrocard, hottest ticket on broadway and it's all NYC specific. I figured it would be a nice memento to look back on years from now![]()
