This may seem a stupid question, but I was curious. We are having chocolates at our e-party, they come 3 in each favor. When is the best time to order, my party is Oct 11? I don't want to melt or freeze them! I am trying to find the best way to preserve them. Any ladies have suggestions for this??

I think that if your house is climate controlled like A/C for when it is hot, you could order them now, and just keep them in a cool place. As long as they are sealed and kept in a cool place nothing will happen to them. Choclate dose not go bad.

I think you should order them now, so you don't have to worry about it. I made my chocolate roses about 2 months before my party, and they were fine, and my party was in June.

That is only 1 month away. are you making them or ordering them? I say order them/make them so they are done about 2 weeks prior. You will be fine.
Even if you got them know, it should be ok. If it got super hot, AC room.

Not sure when to order them, but have them shipped the quickest way possible even if it costs a few pennies more.
