Why is there a separate board for May Brides?
I've always wondered, but never thought to ask

I thought that it was the month that kicks off the wedding season. I think April ends off peak season. So I assume that there are several brides that get married in May. Just my guess.

apparently there was a very lengthy thread on BHB for May brides at one point, so LIW decided to make a May board.

well i dont think its that they are 'more special'... like the other girls said, i guess its because there are soo many more of them than the rest of us
