My photographer actually suggested that we make a picture guest book...with all photos of our engagement session! There are several llines to sign on besides the pictures. We really like this idea but might scratch it due to cost!
Either way we are having a guest book. I always see them at weddings and always sign. JMO!
this is everything i was going to say. we actually get that picture book as part of our photography package, and i ALWAYS sign the guestbook. my favorite guestbook idea that i've ever seen was def the polaroid option.

i did a DIY sign in frame with a pic of our engagement announcement in it...bought it at Michaels for like $20...here's a pic half way thru...by the end of the night it was filled with messages and now hangs in our kitchen.

We did a polaroid guestbook, we have pages of pictures of our guests which we liked b/c some of those peopl elive in different states
