Re: Stupid Question- Guest Lists
I'm using an Excel spreadsheet, but that's mainly so it can count the total amount of guests without me having to attempt my horrible math.
I think I'll probably end up playing with the LIW guest manager thing too.

Re: Stupid Question- Guest Lists
I have an excel spreadsheet. It is to me the most convenient because i can add worksheets and use the same document for a mail merge to print the address labels et al. I also have it filtered so that i have it can be sorted by individual name, bridal party, grooms side etc.
If you need help with excel let me know.

EXCEL: 1 column for Invite sent out... 1 column for Yes... 1 column for No... 1 column for 'CALL!!' I tally up the columns to keep track of yes/no/no response

Re: Stupid Question- Guest Lists
my RH actually gave us a wedding planner program for the computer. So everything goes in it. It adds up the number of guests, the number of invites to be mailed for each event (shower bachellorette, recaption). and allows us to do our seating chart! has a space for gifts and if we sent tys. I love it!
