I found wedding shoes that i love but the heel is over 3 inches and if i wear them i will be taller than him..im sooo sad-im gonna try to find shoes as close to them as possible with a lower heel-im trying to get something in the 2 1/2 inch range

I'm 5'1 and FH is only 5'6, I found really cute ones @ Case di Mario in Patchogue and Love My Shoes in Smithtown- They are only 1 1/2' though b/c I'll be taller than him with 2' heals and my headpiece... oh well- I still love him

a good shoe repair place will be able to cut the heel down for you....i know a girl who used to do it all the time.

heather you'll wear like 8 inch heels and still be shorter than tim haha He's 5'5 5'6 ish and im 5'4...im just barely shorter than him...i gotta do some shoe research haha

When you rent his tux if you rent his shoes. They may have insert that will give you FH an extra 2inches in height. I just found this out last weekend. I am getting for FH because we are the same height. With heels I will look like the Jolly Green Giant.

I wish I had that problem. I am ~5 2 and Brian is 6 3...i need BIG shoes.. :) and I am not a heel person...

FH is an inch short than me i think i might have to go barefoot, or stand in a hole, or make him wear heels

You can always buy the shoes and then take it to a repair store and have the heal cut to the 2' mark. If you love the shoe maybe its worth a shot!!
