Seriously, the Glen Cove and Manhasset Town Halls need to get some nice representatives. First of all, Glen Cove does marriage licenses from 9am-11am Mon-Fri. What kind of stupid s.hit is that??? Who the f.uck does that benefit? And Manhasset is only 9am-3:15 pm Mon-Fri. FH just started work again in construction and can't take a day off for this!! Luckily the Oyster Bay Town Hall can do it til 4:15. He gets out at 3:30 and will have to race to meet me there Thursday, but it looks like we will be able to get it there. Dang, you think they could make this easier for working people!

i agree... thats really annoying!!!! the Long Beach CIty Halls hours are super weird... like 9-11 and 3-4:30 or something like that.
luckily NYC just moved the manhattan clerks office to my building!!! so my FH is coming to work with me on friday (yup, he had to take the morning off) and we can do it downstairs.
NYC lets you fill out the application online, does nassau let you do that? we just need to bring our DL's and a credit card.

Oh, my Allegra, that is frustrating!!!!!! But I'm glad to hear FH has work!!!!! I keep praying my DH soon hears from his bosses!!!!! They have one house to build, but I think the permits etc. are still getting squared away!!!! Mary MOB

I went to the oyster bay one yesterday and they are all like that! They are using a new computer program or something so all the ladies were standing around us! Theres always one b*tch who thinks she smarter then the others! lol Good luck! Its easy though!
