Stupid 'wedding calculator' on facebook (long lol)

I've been on facebook since it originally came out (no walls, no tagged pictures, no crazy applications to add, no HS students, etc) and these applications have been driving me crazy, since you have to send it to 20 people in order to add it! I'm constantly declining the most ridiculous things.

Anyway, I finally got an invite for the 'wedding date calculator' and decided what the helll, let's see if they can predict my wedding date or get close.

So I add it, send it to 20 people ( ) and filled out their 6 Q survey.... I marked off that my current relationship status was 'engaged' and that my favorite season was summer, and that none of my siblings have been married yet, and that my highest intended education level is a professional degree (law, med, phd).... etc. I figure ok, already engaged + loves summer = a date this summer?

Well... when does it tell me? 'you will get married in.... 4 YEARS AND ONE MONTH'

I guess my career choice trumps everything else? they didn't even get the season right!

The funniest part is, I have a friend who just started dating a new guy a few months ago and the calculator told her 3 years, 1 month!

it's already deleted from my profile

I seriously hate facebook. I don't know why but it just annoys the crap outta me. I deleted that account. The first day I was on it I was like 'w t f is a superpoke' so my friend and I would just send them back and forth.

I actually preferred facebook over myspace for that reason -- when it first came out it was very plain, simple, was only open to college students, and didn't have any of the ridiculous stuff I hate about myspace (glitter, wild backgrounds, hard to read fonts, weird giant pictures, etc). I joined myspace for a day and then closed my account.

I hate these changes to facebook -- the applications, the quizzes, the constant requests every day to join 5-6 things. Between joining as a college freshman, being very involved in lots of clubs, being an RA, and being a law student I have about 700 facebook friends so I'm constantly bombarded with this crap.

I generally decline all of it -- the only things I added were a few photo albums, the free gift application, and recently the countdown (i have a countdown to graduation and one to the wedding)

This stupid wedding thing just reinforced how stupid these things are

I assumed they would take 'engaged' + 'favorite season = summer' and pick a day this summer. However, they didn't even pick a date! It's either random or was based on the fact that I'm seeking a graduate degree..
