Submerged flowers

I really love this look.... can I make it big and dramatic enough for my room/venue?

Submerged flowers

ETA, it won't let me link directly to this lady's body of work, so follow the links for the article for more photos. So pretty!

Re: Submerged flowers

We are going to be doing these with either all white, or some pink roses, but we want the vases to be really tall. I haven't sat down with any florists yet, but I hope they can do this. We want to get something to put underneath that will fit with a round mirror to raise them up even higher.

I have a small pic in my inspiration collage in my album, don't know if you can see it.

I think it's so pretty!

The only thing I'm concerned about is the guests being able to see/talk to each other... will that be too obnoxious?

That was my original idea, but the CP's I wanted... well, you saw the quote
This will allow me to still keep the flower part minimal and still have some of the elements of the CP's I want.

I went to a wedding at Oheka years ago and they had HUGE raised submerged flowers sorta on a tier so the guests could talk to each other. It was insane!

I really love how that looks. I definitely think it is big and dramatic.

That's a really good idea. I think I have a new vision!! Hope FH likes it... but if not, too bad. Unless he wants to spend $200 per CP.

Dunno, but it HAS to be cheaper than $200 per CP. Right? RIGHT?

I was quoted (for the ones I posted above) $115 but I think I might change up some of the flowers to cut costs

THAT sounds like a number I can work with!

Re: Submerged flowers

You could get really big pilsner glasses to put them in (like the ones in my flowers album) and that would definitely make a big impression.

I'm doing tall CPs but then having an orchid submerged into the pilsner.
