Going for one today but am curious... think I'll go with the veggie delite but when they give you the fat count in grams, is that only on wheat bread or on any bread? It doesn't say. I am assuming just wheat, but I don't like wheat bread! Anyone know?

Re: Subway Sandwiches
Nutritional values are based on standard formulas with 6-inch subs on Italian or Wheat bread:

Re: Subway Sandwiches
I think it is on white, but in the subway they have the calories in a pamphlet, which gives you the bread calories seperatly.

Re: Subway Sandwiches
be careful, they might say it's wheat (there might be a trace of wheat in it) But you don't know if it's processed wheat or whole wheat. If the first ingredient is bleached floor, you might as well eat white bread. [I love the new breads they have]

Re: Subway Sandwiches
Subway has become my new obsession-- I eat veggie delights all the time---DH prefers Blimpies so there are numerous Sat afternoons when I drive to both to get us lunch!!!!
