Successful BM dress shopping

My MOH and I went BM dress shopping and always it has been a total drag bc we never find anything that we like(bc we are not size 2 but 12 and also I am sick of the same looking BM dresses all the time), but finally today we narrowed it down to these. We went to Lillette's Bridal Shop in Baldwin and they were so nice and not PUSHY!!!

i voted for a, because i like that it is different. what color combos would you do? do you want your bm's in a white bottom like your dress - just think about that for pictures

also, i would ask them how the dress runs, or get someone close to the sample size to try it on, to make sure it is not too low cut in the chest area.

i definitely like it, just a couple of things to think about.

I would get the color of the top black and maybe pinapple or rum(sounds gross)but it would look really nice

The low cut I was thinking about that but the sample size wasnt too sexy, bc iam a 36dd and i wasnt coming out

iam not sure, bc I love that it is different but then i really love the 2nd choice

I love B... understated and elegant. I would feel uncomfortable in A with that neckline, but thats just my opinion, maybe your BP can pull it off :)

i agree...at first i was like ooh choice a is nice but then when i kept looking at it it just seems too busy...first you have the pretty lace like top but then there is the bow around it and then the bottom has that pick up'ish style going on. i would also check into how low cut that would be...you dont want you BM's looking too sl*tty.

choice B is elegant and pretty, i like it a lot. what color would you get it in?

I like the second one alot more than the first. The first one I feel is way to low cut for a BM dress.

Yea I really understanding what you ladies are saying and my mom felt the same way. I would get the 2nd one in some sort of fall color, like brown

I voted for A because it's different. Who says your BP can't be a little sexy? You even said it wasn't that bad when you saw the sample.

Although B is nice, it's the same as everything else out there. It' a strapless long gown with a brooch to make it slightly different. Big Whoop.

Seriously, go with your gut more than anything else, but I voted for A

I vote for A .... you said you wanted to be different than thats the one to go with. The second dress looks like every other BM dress.

i think the first one is very pretty and different.....i think it depends on who is wearing it though......i think some girls might not want to wear it because its such a low neckline.....BUT if your girls can pull it off and are confident enough to wear it, i say go for it
