I think it depends which town you live in. If you live in town of islip, you go to Islip town hall, if brookhaven, then you go there.

You can get your lic from any town hall. You don't have to go to the one that is in your town.

I am guessing either town of babylon or town of huntington. I am not sure. I hope that I helped you out a little.
