Suffolk restaurant for party?

I'm looking for recommendations on Suffolk County restaurants that I can hold a party at. I'm looking at around 30-35 people and have a few places in mind but was wondering if anyone had any restaurants that fit that they REALLY liked (or really HATED) so I know where to look (and look out) for.

Nassau/Suffolk border is fine as well.

The Bulldog in Amityville is a great place for a private party. Their prices/menus are on their website.

sonoma grille in bohemia area was good, i just didnt like that they only gave us 3 hrs instead of 4

we just had my sisters shower here and everything was fantastic! its our 2nd time having a party there and they don't disappoint. The upstairs room which you would get has a bar and a balcony.

They're closed for the time being! I think they're re-vamping the place.

My shower was upstairs at the Babylon Carriage house and it was really good.

West Sayville Country Club is affordable and hosts parties (we had our rehearsal dinner there).

Sonoma sold to a hibachi place
Rumor is they are looking for a new location

Bistro 25 in Sayville is nice, I've also been to the Library Cafe it was good

This is my FH and my favorite resturant. We celebrated our 1 month anniversary in 2000 now they all know us when we walk in lol.

How far out east would you go?
A friend at work suggested CP Lamanno's in Miller Place.
There is also Desmonds in the East Wind Inn in Wading River.
The Irish Coffee Pub in East Islip.
