My poor sister is on a witch hunt for a good place for my shower! She's lived off of LI for too many years and has no idea where to start. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated - I live in Huntington and my guest list is mostly from the Suffolk (northern part) area. Only about 30 people - - -and I don't want anything stuffy! I like casual - and very reasonably priced - please!
Any recommendations would be awesome!

One of my co-workers threw her cousin a shower at the Red Dish in Commack. They do private parties on Sundays. I'm not sure about the price, but the food there is AWESOME!

Garden Grill in Smithtown is perfect for a shower. It's decorated sooo cute inside and you can have the whole top floor.

Mine was at Garden Grill in Smithtown. My SIL's was at Red Dish in Commack, and I'm planning one at Pasta Pasta in Port Jeff...all do a nice job.

I had my sister's shower at the Pomodorino's in Hauppauge... It was great a very reasonable. There is alos one in Huntington..

Blue Hanu or Meehan's in Huntington Village. The Mill Pond in Centerport is beautiful too.

We had FSIL's at 3 Village Inn in Stony Brook. Food was amazing and we had about 35 ppl. Also I've been to one at Danford's. HTH!

I've been to showers at Nocello's in Northport (it was excellent - they did a Sunday brunch) and Meehan's in Huntington Village, which was also very good, but parking is kinda a problem especially with people bringing in gifts.
